Do I need to install anything?▼

No. FHO+ Billing Logger runs entirely in your browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge on Mac, Windows, iPhone, or iPad. Nothing to download or install. Just bookmark the URL and you're set.

Is my billing data safe? What about PHIPA?▼

Your data is stored entirely in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device and never touches any server. You are logging your own time by fee code only — no patient identifiers are involved. This creates zero PHIPA exposure. Export to Excel anytime for a local backup.

Can I use it on my phone between patients?▼

Yes. The tool is fully mobile-responsive. The Live Timer mode is designed for quick mid-day logging — tap a category tile to start, tap again to stop. No typing needed between patients.

What happens to my data if I cancel?▼

Your data lives in your browser, not on our servers. Cancelling has no effect on your locally stored logs. Export everything to Excel before or after cancelling — you keep it permanently.

Will the tool be updated as MOH rules change?▼

Yes. All subscribers receive updates automatically — just refresh the page. If MOH changes fee code rates, caps, or compliance rules, the tool will be updated to match. Annual subscribers get early access to new features.
